• Is shopping with Showcase online secure?
  Showcase has gone to great measures to assure its customers that transactions taking place are doing so in a safe e-commerce environment. When you enter your credit card details you do so over a secure connection. You will see the 'closed padlock' symbol in the bottom of the browser window. This means the transmission of the data is done using 128bit encryption so no one can see it.
• Are there any delivery costs?
  A delivery fee of $15 is applicable to each order. You can choose to pick up your order at your nearest store and thereby save on the delivery charges.
• Do you ship internationally?
  Regretfully at this point in time we do not ship to destinations outside Australia.
• How long does it take to receive an order placed online?
  Generally it takes 5-10 days to receive goods however this may vary in country and regional areas. If an item is out of stock we will contact you to advise of the expected delivery date. You will have the option to cancel the order if you feel the delayed delivery does not meet your requirements.
• Why do I have to enter my details every time I place an order?
  Showcase Jewellers do not store your credit card information. This is done for security reasons so that you can place an order with us regardless of the computer you use and this further ensures security of your credit card details.
• What is your return policy?
  Showcase offers a 30 day money back guarantee on all products however the offer only applies where goods are returned in original condition, with original packaging and original receipt can be provided.
• What happens if a product is unavailable?
  On rare occasions there may be inaccurate information displayed on our website due to human and system errors. Whilst every effort is made to minimise these errors we do acknowledge that they can occur. If a product you have ordered is unavailable we will contact you and either offer to cancel the order or let you choose a substitute product.
• What are the 4 C’s?
  The four C’s are known as the Carat, Cut, Colour and Clarity of a diamond. These are the attributes that a diamond is graded on.
• How much should I spend on an engagement ring?
  As a general guide two months salary is the average however this will naturally vary from person to person. More importantly is the need to gain an understanding of the quality and style your partner desires and ensuring you get the best possible ring for your investment.

  Conflict diamonds or blood diamonds are diamonds which are traded illegally to fund conflict in war-torn areas, commonly in Central and Western Africa.
