Terence (Terry) brings a lifetime of experience to our Chairmans role. He’s been a Customs Officer, Police Officer, Banking GM, NZ Fire Services Regional Manager and board member of another buying group in NZ.
Terry, along with his wife and son owns and operates a very successful family jewellery store in the North Island of NZ and has been a Director with Showcase for over 10 years. Terrys wide ranging skillsets brings added and substantial value to the
Showcase Group, management and its membership.

Neil is the third generation in his family jewellery business and started working in the business in 1979 as an apprentice watch maker. Neil’s own son is now also involved in the business as the fourth generation. Neil has travelled the world extensively and prides himself on specializing specifically in the diamond business and manufacturing processes. Neil never went down the retail brands path in his business, maintaining and developing a strong diamond focus gave him the strength and reputation that his business holds today.

Catherine grew up in one of Australia’s most successful wholesale jewellery families. In 2002 she made the transition into her own jewellery retail business. Catherine has travelled extensively including Antwerp, Vicenza, Las Vegas, Bangkok and Hong Kong to name a few, curating new collections and establishing long-standing relationships with many overseas jewellery & watch suppliers. Catherine has experience in manufacturing, importing, wholesale, retail and also runs a successful online retail and social media marketplace for her retail business. Catherine has won the prestigious Showcase Australasian Jeweller of the Year Award in 2007 & 2011 and has been a finalist many times. Catherine has also been a finalist in the Showcase Jewellers Design Awards.
Catherine is the National Awards Partner for the Women in business Awards of Australia, and the lead judge and mentor in the Inspiring Young Women, and Community Dedication and Social Justice Categories for 11 years. Catherine is a founding member of the Women in Jewellery and has a passion for encouraging and mentoring young women in business.
As a Chartered Accountant, Anthony has over 40 years’ experience in the field. Anthony is a member of the Chartered Accountants of Australia & NZ, he’s also a Registered Tax Agent and a member of the Tax Institute of Australia. Anthony spent 17 years in a private practice as a sole practitioner. Anthony has worked as a financial controller for 2 years with a manufacturing company and then 2 years with a startup insurance company before returning to the Chartered field in 2004. During his time in private practice he was also on the Board of a Public Relations company. Anthony brings extensive current financial advice and direction to Showcase and its members.
